Pregnancy, Labor, Birth & Early Postpartum Support

As a birth doula, Certified Lactation Counselor, and student midwife serving Riverside county California. I offer evidence-based, compassionate support with a nod to traditional Mexican/Ecuadorean birth customs like: rebozo techniques for comfort during labor and emphasis on rest, family-centered recovery in the early postpartum period, and nourishing meals to help healing.


Package Includes:
• 2 prenatal visits to build trust, discuss your preferences, and prepare holistically. One session focuses primarily on prenatal breastfeeding education: one-on-one guidance on latching, positioning, and building confidence.
• Unlimited text/call/email support throughout pregnancy and early postpartum.
• Continuous labor & birth support in your chosen setting (hospital, birth center, or home), including rebozo for relief, encouragement, and advocacy.
• Immediate in-hospital breastfeeding assistance post-birth for smooth early feeds and skin-to-skin initiation.
• One postpartum check in visit, which includes a lactation session ( 1.5-2 hours, in-home or virtual) to troubleshoot and refine techniques for your feeding goals
• Lending library of resources (Free to clients)

  • $250 | 2 weeks of Support

    For parents who want ongoing guidance without committing to a huge package.

    Includes:

    • 1 initial virtual or in-home session

    • 1 follow-up virtual check-in

    • Unlimited text support for 14 days

    • Adjustments as your baby changes

  • $75 | 60 minutes | Virtual or In person

CLC vs IBCLC
As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC), I offer practical, evidence-based support for common feeding challenges — with care that’s approachable, culturally respectful, and family-centered.
When higher-level medical support is needed, I refer to an IBCLC or healthcare provider so you’re always supported.
